Where to get tickets?

Tickets for Camper Jam 2025 are available through the official Camper Jam website. Whether you’re planning to camp for the weekend or just visit for the day, there are several options:

Camping Passes
Friday Arrival (2 nights)

• Adults (17+): £75

• Children (5–16): £20

• Under 5s: Free (pass still required)

Thursday Arrival (3 nights)

• Adults (17+): £95

• Children (5–16): £25

• Under 5s: Free (pass still required)

Note: All campers require a valid pass for either Thursday or Friday night.

Day Passes
Day tickets are also available for those not staying overnight. Check the Camper Jam site for pricing and availability.

Terms and conditions of the “Win a Mobiframe Floor” competition

Camper Warehouse LTD (Company No. 13683208), of Plantagenet Trading Estate, Warwick Road, Kineton, Warwickshire, CV35 0HU, is the promoter of the Competition (the “Promoter”).

1. Eligibility:
   The Competition is open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man) aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promoter  such as trade customers of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
2. Competition Period:
   The Competition opens on 1st June 2025 00:01 and closes at 23:59 on 6th July 2025 (the “Competition Period”). Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
   To enter, participants must either:
   • Subscribe to the Camper Warehouse Marketing and Promotions email list during the Competition Period, or
   • Confirm their entry using the available form if already subscribed.
     Entry can be made by scanning QR codes available at the Camper Warehouse stand at Camper Jam, or by completing the entry form online.
4. Prize Details:
   There is one prize available: a Mobiframe rail floor for a VW Transporter (post-2003 model) with 4 rails, in Jacobean Oak colour.
   • The winner may choose either SWB (Short Wheelbase) or LWB (Long Wheelbase) configuration.
   • The floor can either be fitted free of charge by Camper Warehouse or a partner company, or the winner can opt for DIY fitting (a fitting kit will be included).
   • There is no cash alternative.
   • The prize is non-transferable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
   • The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
   • The draw will take place shortly after the closing date, and the winner will be announced on 14th July 2025.
   • The winner will be asked for consent to be named publicly as the winner by first name and county.
   • The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
   • The winner has 1 calendar week to confirm the win from the date of first contact and 6 calendar months from the date of notification to claim their prize (claim deadline: 14th January 2026).
6. General Terms:
   • If the winner does not respond within a reasonable time or fails to claim the prize before the deadline, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
   • The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues or entries that are lost, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise not received.
   • By entering the Competition, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
   • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if it believes any entrant has breached these terms or attempted to manipulate the entry process.
7. Publicity:
   The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the Competition, including having their name and photograph used in press releases and online media associated with Camper Warehouse.
8. Liability:
   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the Competition or accepting the prize. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
9. Governing Law:
   This Competition is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
