Order processing times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
UK delivery rates
Due to the nature of the products available from Camper Warehouse, the size and weight of the product(s) will determine how much you pay for delivery. All delivery charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently only deliver to UK addresses.
- Delivery type: Items between 0-2kg
Delivery cost: £4.99
- Delivery type: Items between 2.1-5kg
Delivery cost: £6.99
- Delivery type: Items between 5.1-20kg
Delivery cost: £9.99
- Delivery type: Items between 20.1-44kg
Delivery cost: £19.99
- Delivery method: Items 44.1+kg or pallet
Delivery cost: £69.99
UK delivery zones and international deliveries
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to postcodes that delivery companies consider them to be out of reach or require surcharges. Please reach out to us if you are in such an area or are unsure.
These areas include but are not limited to: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, parts of Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
Inaccessible postcodes, including UK Mainland will attract a £10 surcharge over the fixed delivery fee. This is not refundable in case of a return.

We don’t offer international deliveries unless previously agreed in writing.
Delivery confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, we will follow this up with an email containing details of any relevant tracking numbers.
Please note that not all deliveries have tracking numbers. Some couriers do not offer tracking on their deliveries, please allow 2 to 4 working days before reaching out to us regarding deliveries estimated times.
Please note that orders placed for collection are expected to be collected and will not be dispatched unless a delivery fee is paid. Please call us on 01608661717 to arrange delivery.
Damages
Camper Warehouse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the delivery company to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
