Constructed with a durable sandwich structure and high-performance foam core, this floor system offers excellent insulation, low weight, and high strength โ ideal for both camper conversions and professional applications.
Each floor is CNC-cut to match the exact dimensions of your van and comes pre-finished with premium PVC flooring, available in a range of finishes to suit your build.
This version features six integrated rails, allowing for secure installation of beds, tables, single seats, brackets, and a variety of camper or commercial accessories. The floor is fully glued into the vehicle, with bolts used only at the ends of the rails to provide added structural integrity and safety.
Fitting kit included โ supplied with all required materials for installation, including glue and bolts, making it suitable for both DIY and professional fitting.
