Upgrade your VW Crafter Mk1 (2006–2017) or Mercedes Sprinter W906 (2006–2018) with Mobiframe’s lightweight 2-rail composite floor system, engineered for a precise fit and long-lasting performance in both campervan and commercial van conversions.

Built using a high-strength sandwich construction with a high-performance foam core, this floor delivers excellent thermal insulation, superior durability, and minimal weight – making it ideal for projects where strength, safety, and efficiency are essential.

Each floor is CNC-cut to match the exact contours of the Crafter Mk1 / Sprinter W906 and supplied pre-finished with premium PVC flooring, available in a range of colours and textures to complement your build.

The two integrated aluminium rails are perfect for securely mounting beds, tables, brackets, and other modular accessories. Installation options include full bonding (gluing) or bolting, giving flexibility for both DIY installers and professional fitters.

Fitting kit included – supplied with adhesive and bolts for straightforward installation.
