Mobiframe is the producer of the lightest composite floor system on the market, now available for the Fiat Ducato 2006+, Peugeot Boxer 2006+, Citroën Relay 2006+ and Vauxhall Movano 2022+. Constructed with a high-strength sandwich structure and foam core, this floor delivers excellent insulation, reduced weight, and exceptional durability – ideal for campervan and commercial conversions.
Each floor is CNC-cut to match the exact shape of your vehicle and comes pre-finished with premium PVC flooring, available in a range of styles and finishes to suit your build.
This system features two integrated rails, allowing secure installation of beds, tables, brackets, and other modular accessories. The floor is fully glued to the vehicle, with bolts added only at the ends of the rails for enhanced structural strength and safety.
Fitting kit included – everything needed for installation is supplied, including glue and bolts, suitable for both DIY and professional fitting.
All Mobiframe products are tested to meet road safety regulations and are certified.
